Question: Does anyone out there eat scrambled eggs & rice!?
you heat up the rice in a little butter then scramble your eggs into it!. anyone else ever had this delicious dish!? i am curious as to where this dish originated!. i think it had to have come from a poor region!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'd agree with you about it being from a lower-income region, as rice is inexpensive and is often used as a filler, but one of your answerers suggested a hispanic origination, and that sounds likely!.

I believe this would be considered more Asian!.!.But The way I make mine I guess has a hispanic flare!.!.

Yours sounds like it's a even mix!. I haven't had that!. Fried rice has a little bit of egg in it!. I like breakfast burritos- rice, beans, eggs and a lot of salsa and hot sauce!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
