Question: What is your favorite steak!? I like ribeyes but I love New York Strips!.!?
Answers:
A ribeye ( but one from the 1st four ribs( more deckle)!.
Strips are a muscle meat and if it isn't well aged and Prime, I don't care for the toughness of them!.

i love my ny strips!. i like to leave it in the frig marinating for a wile just before the meat start to spoil and throw it on the grill medium rare!. delicious Www@FoodAQ@Com

Personally, I love a good piece of filet mignon, cooked medium rare, but my second choice would have to be the New York Strip as well!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

organically grown grass fed beef from a local rancher!. best flavor hands down!. rib-eye cut!. although!.!.!.i had at one point cut out red meat entirely and am trying to again!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
