Is it common to have headaches and feel nauseous after eating products containing MSG?!
I am sure MSG is the culprit, and i'm shocked to find that it is in so many food products these days!. Does anyone get these symptoms and believe MSG is the cause!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

OH my God!!.!. I agree totally wiht "been there done that"'s response!.!. I am hyper sensative to MSG!.!. I have to read labels all the time!.!. I cannot eat out much now that im older!.!. I used to eat pizza or chinese foods which seem to have loads and would feel like a truck hit me the next morning!.!. I couldnt understand why!.!. i had to go to a lot of tests!.!. I even went through a huge asthmatic period for 3 months, not knowing what was causing me not to be able to breath!.!. it was all the MSG!.!. so I know now!.!. so when I feel I just have to fall down and eat something with it in it!.!. I will suffer with my inhaler the next day and feel totally groggy like I have the flu for a couple of days till it gets out of me!.!.!. It gives me migraine headaches makes my vision blurry, I see sparkly spots sometimes, makes me sleepy, groggy, makes my joints hurt, feels like arthritis, I cant breath, even my hair falls out!.!.!. I know several people that have allergies to MSG that get both those problems!.

Some people are more susceptible to MSG than others!. And yes, it does cause headaches and nausea to those!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
