Is apple crisp healthy?!

Question: Is apple crisp healthy!?
My mom loves to bake apple crisp, but I'm not exactly sure it's healthy!. what's your opinion on it!? i know it has apples, but does it have other healthy stuff in it!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
It is what you call a healthy dessert!. Because the majority of its bulk comes from fruit, and it usually has oats, it is a better choice for a dessert than, say, chocolate cake!. But because of the sugar and butter, it should be treated like a dessert and certainly not eaten more than once a day!.

Desserts have their place, but apple crisp is not a meal food or a snack food!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes and NO!. it isn't exactly what you would consider healthy but it probably isn't the worst thing you could eat either!. the apples are good for you!. the sugar is some what bad for you!. and the butter and good and bad!. and some people put oats in the topping which is good for you too!. So the end all to beat all is that it is okay in moderation!. (like they alway say!. right) so god ahead and treat your self to some!. but dont over indulgeWww@FoodAQ@Com

No, it is loaded with sugar and butter!. It is not healthy -- it is a treat!. The apples in it give it the smallest amount of vitamins and fiber, but really scarce amounts!. Not healthy!.!.!.but delicious!Www@FoodAQ@Com

It's better than pie or most desserts because the crumble spread on it is pretty light, but the cimmiony buttery sugary mixture isn't exactly healthy!.
it tastes good though, so just eat it! :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

It's not healthy but who cares!. Bring on the ice cream too!. There are worse things you could eat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

well it depends on how you make it otherwise dont worryWww@FoodAQ@Com
