Is eating this badddd!!?!
so i get home from school like at 3 and i eat only eat hearts of palms their only like 10 calories per serving or 1/4 a cup and i added parmesan cheese and this sauce and then i ate a stick of mozzarella cheese wich all together combines to 350 calories is that a bad intake of calories before a workout and i only have breakfst wich is 170 cal plus 350 equals 520 is that bad before a workout and i dnt eat anything else when i get home from the gym!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You need to eat BEFORE and AFTER!.
Eat something small before to FUEL your workout!. You dont want to go to the gym feeling sluggish!. Something like a piece of fruit that will give you the carbs to get you through!.
Afterwards, you MUST eat!. This is probably the most important meal of your day!. The reason is that because when you are working out your cortisol levels will rise and stay elevated after your workout until you eat something!. One of cortisols effect on the body is breaking down muscle tissue and increasing the body's ability to store fat!.
If you do not eat after working out you are going to lose LOTS of lean body mass (muscle)!. The less muscle you have the less calories your body will naturally burn!.
If you must choose, eat after your workout!. Something high in protein and moderate carbohydrates!. For example, a protein shake/chicken/fish with a small piece of fruit and of course water to rehydrate yourself!. By eating afterwards you are repairing what you have broken down in the gym!.
