Question: Do you like onions!? !?
I don't, the only time I ever do is when the purple ones are cooked, then their sweet!. Of course they all turn sweet, but The purple one's gets sweeter! =DWww@FoodAQ@Com

Liking is not an option for me, LOVING them is! I agree though, my favorite is the purple onions, spicier with or without the heat, Vidalia Onions are fabulous slowly caramelized, many, many others are great too in thousands, maybe even millions of recipes, but I can't imagine cooking without them!. My soups, Sauces and complex dishes always involve carrots, celery, onions (mirepoix), my hot sandwiches always have them, they are always in my saute dishes!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.I could go on and on, but you get my drift here!. Food is like style, you like what you like and no matter what, you always have options to choose from, what a great culinary world! Www@FoodAQ@Com
