well my fave, similar to another answer on here, is to stuff them!.!.!. my boyfriend, parents and friends can't get enough!.!.!.

i saute onions and garlic until translucent!. Then use about 1 pkg of cream cheese, blend in the garlic/onions until smooth!. Then add in a can or two, depending on how many shrooms i have to stuff, of canned crab meat- the lump tastes the best but any kind will do!.

I spoon the mixture into the mushrooms which have already been cleaned and spooned out- removing the gills to make little cups!.!.!. and bake em at 350 for about 20-25 minutes!.!.!.

I'm not big on eating them by themselves and raw but!.!.I love to saute them in a little butter with some sea salt and freshly ground black pepper!.!.!.to me they are yummy all by themselves like that!. I also like to eat them in salads or dipped in some really good bleu cheese dressing!. Making a duxelle with them is also really great too! These are my best ways of eating mushrooms!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Okay, you can soak them in green tea, and then eat them!.!.!.!.Or in a peanut butter sandwich, just put them in and enjoy! Www@FoodAQ@Com
