Is this soup any good? trying to keep my sodium low, but i want some soup!?!
i was looking into healthy soups, low fat, low sodium etc!. i was wondering whether or not the progresso light, low sodium vegetable soup was any good!? is there any flavor, or is it boring like a lot of the other low sodium soups!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Make certain to see the percentage of daily sodium contents on the label!.I have tried Campbell's Healtny Request and it had a lower sodium level than some of the Progresso!. I find the Progresso Vegetable soups to be more flavorful than the noodle type soups!. I commend you for limiting your salt consumption and the more salt you eliminate the more you will learn to taste the goodness of the ingredients in the soup!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I like vege soups, they're easy and you dont need to add a lot of seasoning if you dont want to!.
I use Gordon Ramsays broccoli soup as a base:

then also add boiled carrots, ground walnuts, brazil nuts, almonds and season with basil, parsley and a bit of salt!.
You can add anything you like to it, sometimes I add spinach, asparagus and lentils and season with all sorts of herbs!. I also add a slice of cassava bread crumbs for a different taste!.
There is so much you can do with soup to make it tasty and as long as you use your favourite veges you can make a really filling soup packed with flavour and nutrients!.
The best thing is, its so easy to do!.
