What are some good foods to eat?!
I really want to start eating healthy!. I'm 14 and not a big fan of fruits but i want to try some!. I want to have junk food every once in a while but not a lot!. what are good foods to eat!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

breakfast: good cereal, oatmeal, smoothie
snack: almonds and string cheese
lunch: lean meat wrap, cheery tomatoes
snack: yogurt w/ fresh fruit
dinner: lean meat, veggies

Bananas are quick & easy, no prep!. also, grapes are easy, just give em a rinse!. also, if you like yogurt, that is an Excellent thing to eat to be healthy!. Am a mom, so I have healthy stuff around the house already, so its easy for me!. I lost my baby weight and more from eating healthier during and after pregnancy, so that's my source!. I don't diet, just eat healthy!. (I know that doesn't apply to ya, just listing my experience)
Watermelon is great, and you could get some of that or berries, bananas, and get light whipped cream to put on top for a healthier treat!. I occasionally eat Ben & Jerry's frozen yogurt or low fat ice cream when I really want a treat!. Their ingredients seem pretty all-natural!. Hope I've been of some help!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Meat, especially white meats are very lean & healthy!.
Protein foods like beans, peanut butter & nuts!.
All veggies are healthy!.
Fruit actually isn't so good for u, it's high in sugar,
but it's okay to eat fruit, u do need sugar-

Make smoothies out of fruits it fills you up and it tastes good!. dont be afraid to add some sugar it wont do anything
