I think they are as all bad as each other really!
Rice milk has a lot more carbohydrates, but way less calcium then cow milk, and soya milk had a lot of estrogen!.
If you are worried about calcium a lot of orange juice has calcium in it!.
If you are wanting to change to cows milk, just try fat free, it's not as bad as people say it is!.
I don't know how good or bad it is for you, but have you tried goat milk!? Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can die from drinking TOO much of anything!.
Moderation in all things is the old adage - and a true one too!.
Yonks ago before we stood on two legs, we were essentially vegetarian (herbivores)!. Some of our intestinal parts still hark back to those days!. However, our bodies have since learnt how to consume animal products without killing ourselves, so we have become omnivores and can eat just about anything - again, in moderation!.
Quite a lot of doctors would tell you to have some of each - save the cream for strawberries or profiteroles, use the soy on cereal!. Just don't super-size either way and you should be fine!.
Some people have a lactose intolerance (I did as a kid, so had to drink skim milk - yuk! I can now drink regular milk, I just don't go overboard with it!.

i would say probably cows milk, because it is basically pure calcium, however i would stick to which ever one you like the best unless it is really hurting your system!. i think as long as you get your daily source of calcium any type will do fine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
The BEST would be your mother's breast milk!.!.!. seeing as that isn't an option; cows milk!. It is the closest thing and is culturally acceptable!. But don't drink whole milk!. Drink 1 or 2% because they still have all of the benefits without the fat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
