I heard that if you drink vinegar..?!
it cleans you out faster than water!. Like it makes your insides cleaner faster if you drink vinegar rather than water!. is that true!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well your question brought back this childhood memory!.!.!.
A neighbour of my mums in the 60,s had cancer of the throat & found that vinegar eased her ill feelings !.!.remembering that she was told it was incurable back then!.!.
So my mum re told how this lady drank bottles of the stuff & surprised dr,s by making some improvement generally & living several more years!.

i wouldnt suggest doing that!. if you want to be "cleaned out" naturally, drink a glass of hot water with a teaspoon of salt and lay down on your right side for about an hour!. no joke, that will clean everything right out of you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I know a teaspoon (or so) will help with heartburn and indigestion but if you drink to much it will make you puke!. maybe you have to dilute it with water!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes it will help a little, but be careful it can be unhealthy if you drink too much!. Vinegar can be bad for your liver!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
