All foods that are canned are cooked, the canning process involves high heat to kill any bacteria on the foods and it forms a suction inside the can to preserve the food!. So if the can does not have that hissing sound when you open it, don't eat it because it is spoiled probably from a dent or being too old!. And if the ends are bulging do not eat it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes, I have!. Its one of my favorite dishes!. Cheap and easy!. My mother made it for me when I was young!. Tuna casserole!. I'm the only one in my family now, that crazy about it!. Its easy to make!.

Recipe--
1st make a box of Kraft macaroni and cheese the way it says on the box!.
Put in a casserole dish!.
Open a can of tuna
Open a can of peas or broccoli tops (both are good)
Can of cream of mushroom soup
Mix them all together, making sure that its evenly spread-ed!.
Sprinkle paprika on it!.
Bake for 30-35 minutes!.
Take it out and eat, I like mine with hot sauce!. Goes well with stew tomatoes!.
I'm getting in the mood for some right now!. Only thing its kind of heavy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
