I hate caffeine!. It's evil!. It makes me grind my teeth and sweat!. Hang on, I mean perspire!. It generally lasts for a couple of hours but if you're not used to caffeine at all then it could be up to 4!. I usually go for a brisk walk or play with the dogs!. Just anything to expound the unwanted energy!. Either that or get p!ssedWww@FoodAQ@Com

Eat a banana!. The potassium will calm the jumping muscles and then have a simple sandwich or something to make sure your blood can work on something else, NO processed sugar!. Drink water throughout the day, no coffee or sugary drinks or food!. It should start to calm down in an hour or so!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

That is psycho feeling not real as you are worried to happen!. As per health report, you can have 3 normal cups of coffee per day and is alright!. The caffeine in the bloodstream do not kill but affect your blood flow!.!.!.!.!.!.no problem once awhile!. Dilute it with water or lime or fruit juice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
