Answers:
Generally speaking, yes, you will be fine!. Since you went from the shop straight to the freezer, you aren't dealing with a regular aging issue!. The worst you might suffer is a slight drop in the original quality of the prepared chicken (might not crisp as much, for example)!. I am a little more circumspect about the calamari, mostly because seafood tends to be more perishable!. Best bet!? Thaw them and give the calamari a sniff!. If they still smell like the sea/ocean, you should be safe to proceed!. If they smell fishy, don't even risk it! Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would be more careful with seafood, and if the calamari were not frozen i would throw them away!.

Chicken is different, and as long as you cook it itll be fine!. But yes, you should never refreeze anything!. You can buy chicken and separate it into portions you will use during the week, and take each portion and defrost it on the day you make it!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

No, you will die a horrible and painful death!.

Evil Chicken kievs, they took my whole family!.

Yes you can still eat them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I don't disagree or agree with anything!.
But I would stay away if I was unsure of chicken in particular XDWww@FoodAQ@Com
