What is your typical daily food intake like?!
Answers:
My food intake varies everday because it really depends on where I'm at (school, home, in the city) and what types of foods are available but this is a general idea of what I eat:
Breakfast!. Usually oatmeal with 1% milk and some cinnamon on it!. I eat a piece of fruit and drink up my multivitamin (if I don't forget =P)
1st snack!. 12 almonds and water!.
Lunch!. A turkey sandwich, no mayo, swiss cheese, and on wheat bread!. Water!.
2nd Snack!. 12 more almonds and a piece of fruit!. Water!.
Dinner!. I try to have only chiken and fish when it comes to the meat part and obviously lots of veggies either steamed or crunchy!. Sometimes wild rice, whole wheat pasta, etc!.
I'm a really healthy eater because I have problems with my digestive system (I can't really eat greasy foods, foods that are too sugary or too salty, no soda, no fast food, and so on!.!.!.) so I'm FORCED to eat this way but I can tell you it's well worth it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

4 chicken parmigians
1 pound of spaggheti in alfredo sauce
1 pound of fried calamari
