What kind of a breakfast would be just enough?!


Question: What kind of a breakfast would be just enough!?
I wake up at around 5!.30am every morning and have lunch at 1pm!. What kind of a breakfast would be adequate!? Oh, and what time do you all have breakfast everyday!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

I eat breakfast about 30 min after i wake up, which is always different depending on my work schedule!. I would recommend, if you can stomach it in the early morn, Oatmeal! it really fills me up and for a long time! Good luckWww@FoodAQ@Com

You should have breakfast around 6:30am!. If you want to go for something healthy then you should have a bowl of your favorite cereal & along with some fruits and maybe some orange juice!. You can also have bagels with cream cheese and an apple with orange juice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, and a glass of juice!. You can add the yogurt and fruit directly to the oatmeal if you like!.

Um, I have breakfast whenever I wake up, which is, uh, different every day!.!.!. could be 7:30-8:00 or could be 9:00-10:30!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think a granola bar and a protein shake would be good!. I eat breakfast around noon or 1pm!. I have odd hours do to my line of work!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
