Answers:
Start with twelve and don't worry about the extras!. Ask the people that buy from you now if you they want to save you one for the next day but give them a time they have to buy by to guarantee them a soda!. Put your extras in your locker at the end of the day so you can have some one good days!. Keeping up to 12 as a backup makes sense to me, that way if you forget a day you still have some to sell!.

Make deals with the people who buy from you now that if they buy five in the same week, they get another one free!.

The main thing is you want to develop relationships with your customers!. Treat the loyal ones right so the hit and miss ones know what to do if they want a soda!.

I made my money selling gum!. I'd buy it in five packs and sell it to other kids who sold it one pack at a time!.

Never mind the negative answers!. You really can't get into trouble selling soda!. The school might make you stop but that is it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Take preorders for the next day!.

Talk to all your school buddy customers on Tuesday, find out what you need for Wednesday!. And always have 1 or 2 extra, just in case!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

I hope you have a vendors / business license, these are not for resale, you could get into serious trouble with the lawWww@FoodAQ@Com
