Answers:
I used to raise chickens and there are some kinds that lay colored eggs!. I've seen pale green, blue, brown, off-white!. A given chicken will always lay the same color eggs, it's genetic!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

They are absolutely safe to eat!. Farm eggs come in a variety of colors including white, brown, pink, green, blue, etc!. The color of the shell is determined both by the breed of the chicken and the food that they are fed!. White eggs in supermarkets are purely for looks, and by itself has no effect on the flavor of an egg!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

As long as it is just the shell's color, they are ok/good to eat!. The color of the shell is determined by the breed of chicken that laid the egg!.

Take it back, you brought the "special eggs", they were not supposed to be on the market yet!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
