Water, Water, Water!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Pork and Beans, Baked Beans, Any Chef Boyardee's Pasta with meat, Canned Chicken, Tuna, Ham, Little Sausages, Any soup that doesn't require water, w/Protein, Hot Dogs, Cheese Crackers, Butter Crackers, Sealed, vacuumed packed proteins, velveeta, dehydrated fruits, Dry nuts, canned tomatoes, veggies and fruits, (dry food isle in your store) I had all of these items in my pantry when I lived in Florida because we never knew when a hurricane would knock out our power!. Basically, any food item that you saw on a non-refrigerated shelf would be good to have!. We were reminded every Hurricane Season to have a balance of proteins, vegetables and fruits on hand with plenty of water, so I know how to stock my emergency pantry, God forgid, if I ever have to again!.
