Is it normal for loads of white frothy bubbles to come out of a fried egg?!

Question: Is it normal for loads of white frothy bubbles to come out of a fried egg!?
Answers:
It's the albumen (the white part!) actually boiling before it gets fried - so in other words, your pan is too hot when you drop the egg in!.
The only consolation is that posh chefs call this "caramelisation" whereas normal people call it "burning"!Www@FoodAQ@Com

It's normal if you are frying it on very high heat!. Turn the heat down to medium for a smooth fried egg!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If this was while you were cooking it you probably had the fat too hot!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

That's because you have the pan too hot!. A little less heat next time!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
