According the BMI calculator, you're underweight for your height!. I'm going to go on the hunch that you're a teen and are still growing and still in need of proper nutrition!. Eat healthy but don't constantly obsess,stress and calculate how many carbs/fart/calories you're taking in ESPECIALLY when you're already below the recommended weight for your height what!. If you continue on the path of calculating how many calories, amount of fat, and amount of carbs in your food, it will surely lead to an eating disorder and that's NOT a fun path!. I have a close friend that is fighting an eating disorder right now and it's not a pretty sight!. It's normally something nobody would want to endure!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It's so foreign to me to THINK ABOUT what I'm eating, and measure it out !.!.!. I just EAT whenever!. Of course !.!.!. I have the complete opposite problem as you!. i think u shouldn't worry about that because 97 is not light or heavy, but if you want to to know I'll eat 3 spoons a day , for breakfast, lunch, and one for after dinner!. if your trying to gain pounds peanut butter aint goin cut it, i suggest u eat 3 bags of chips for a week!.
