Apple has Iron, so when they are cut and left for a while they turn brownish!.!.
also, keep the apples in the fridge, they stay crispy and will not become soft or rot quickly!.
Best thing is not to buy too many, and eat them within three four days, and then buy again!. Organic apples are the best!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

After the apple gets brown!. Just cut off the brown part!. And let them eat the white area!. Thats what my mom always do!.
OR!. out them into a conatiner and put it inside therefridgerator!. It helps when my mom did it!. It doesnt turn ALOT brown!. But only a little!. NOT ALOT xD Hope this helps!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

lemon juice is a great idea! (or lime juice!.!.!.what ever works for you)

my mom used to put apples in salt water and it was gross!. obviously, you should not do that, although the apples don't turn brown!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Acid!. Put the fruit in water with some vinegar or lemon juice (it tastes better) to prevent the quick oxidation (turning brown)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

lemon juice!
I've also heard slat water but I'm sodium restricted!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

when they get warm, the particles speed up and the process of oxidation occurs much faster than it would if they were cold!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
