Ooh, toughie!. I'd bet if you don't get to it immediately, you're out of luck!. Is it a washable silk!? If so, immediately get it under cold water, pre-treat with Woolite and wash wash wash!. If not, get it to the Dry Cleaner ASAP! Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have used this stuff I get at the dollar store called awesome cleaner!. It takes red out I used to use it on my counter and on my carpets, worked great on both!. Or you could try the old put white wine on the red wine spill theory, can't remember if this works or not, then there is the club soda!?!?!?!? I think the best bet is awesome cleaner!. Then there is the juice on non bleachable cloths trick, you take a big bowl or pan and pull the cloth tightly over the top of the bowl, then put a rubber band around the top to keep it taught!. Boil a pan of h2o and from about 12" above pour the boiling h2o onto the clothing over the bowl !. It should take it right out!. I've used this quite a bit, my only qualm would be the colorfastness of the silk!. But then again it would be ruined with out getting the stain out!.

The same way you get red wine out of silk:

"Boiling water and salt method works for red wine stain too!. Speed of action is important!. Immediately after you notice spill, wash the stain with liberal quantity of water!. Boiling water treatment and salt use can follow later!. All of the red wine stain can be removed with this method!. If the stain is old and dry, hydrogen peroxide and soap solution will work for removal of stain!." Www@FoodAQ@Com

you put some HAMAYAK on the silk and walla!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
