Tough to do a list for you, but I would start by planning out the meals that you would like to eat for the week, and put down the ingredients for those!. In the store, shop the perimeter of the store (fresh foods) as much as possible and look for specials to make your dollars go further with prices being high! Check the weekly adds for whats on sale!. I plan meals on what i can buy on special and make!. If you are not a great cook try allrecipes,com you can type in an item/ingredient and it pulls up dishes to cook!. Type in the items on sale for ideas!.
also stock up on the staples when they ar eon sale!.!.!.rice, beans, salad dressing, etc!. It saves you money in the long run!.
