Can you cook with expired milk?!


Question: Can you cook with expired milk!?
This may sound like a no-brainer question, but I just want a real answer!. I've heard of people baking with expired milk, so can you cook with it!? Like make mashed potatoes!?

You can unless it's started to curdle!. The dates on milk cartons are Sell By dates rather than expiration dates!. Your nose will tell you if it's ok to use!Www@FoodAQ@Com
