Good fast breakfast ideas?!


Question: Good fast breakfast ideas!?
ok, so i'm in the 8th grade and my parents force me to have breakfast, i really dont want to b/c when i wake up i'm not hungry at all!. but if i dont have breakfast, at like 3rd period i start getting really hungry [lunch is 6th period!.!.!.ugh!.] i need some ideas for good breakfast ideas!. they dont need to be super fast either!. but i would prefer more than one idea [i have trouble eating the same thing for more than 2 days in a row] preferably nothing in a microwave, and relitivly healthy!. i dont like chocolate, or anything too sweet!. but i'm open to new ideas!. thanks in advanceWww@FoodAQ@Com

My daughter,like you,never ate breakfast and it always bothered me!.
I started making her runny boiled eggs with bread and butter(soldiers!) for breakfast and she really enjoyed it!.
You could also try poached egg on toast!. Or porridge (they come in all flavours these days) or a fresh fruit salad with all the fruits you particularly like with a spoon of natural yoghurt!.
Or how about a lovely fruit smoothy!.

aw!.!. we are partly the same!. i go to school without eating my breakfast since 3-4 yrs!.!. but i last month i felt that im weak, lazy, and alwayz sleepy at class!. den i asked my mom why!? den she said because you have been skipping meals!.!.!. breakfast is the most important meal!.!.!. so starting dat day, i alwayz eat!. and got high scores in exams!. =) just sleep early and wake upe at least 15 mins earlier!. its only my suggestion!.!.!. =))Www@FoodAQ@Com
