Answers:
No, it would be too salty!. Spice extracts is usually an oil that's had ground spices steeped in it, it's an easy way of adding diluted and consistent flavour, it's probably garlic and pepper mostly in ravioli!.

It's unlikely to have breadcrumbs as such, the flour is used in a paste form as a thickener to bind the filling together, breadcrumbs wouldn't work that well!. What may seem like breadcrumbs is probably a form of minced pork sausage, it should be mortadella but given the price of a tin of Heinz Ravioli it's probably something you don't want to know about such as luncheon meat or offal such as liver!. The spice extracts would be used to simulate the tate of mortadella!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I wouldn't have thought it would contain yeast extract if it isn't actually listed as such on the ingredients!. Spice extracts are what they say they are and come from various spices, but wouldn't include yeast as this is a fungi not a spice!. Breadcrumbs would contain yeast if they were in the ravioli, but not yeast extract!. This is actually something different although it does come from yeast!. If wheat flour is listed rather than actual bread ingredients than I think you would be safe to assume it contains no bread in any form!.

Sorry, I hope you know what I mean, haven't written it down very well!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
