In America, we have cookies: oreos, chocolate chip, oatmeal, ginger snaps, snickerdoodles, etc!. You eat them with milk, for a snack or a dessert!.
A biscuit is like a chunk of bread: biscuits and gravy are popular, my family has biscuits with beef stew!. It is also a lot like what is called a "roll" or a "dinner roll!." It is a little like a dumpling, too!.
We have "dog biscuits" which are crunchy treats for dogs, often shaped like a bone!.
Hope this helps a little!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
