What's your macaroni & cheese recipe?!
I always make mine like this and wanted to try something different!. I always use 1pk of sharp, medium and mild cheese each, 1 stick of butter, 2 eggs, and lots of milk(I dont like it stiff)!. Four Cheese Macaroni --
INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 (16 ounce) package elbow macaroni
9 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup shredded Muenster cheese
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 1/2 cups half-and-half
8 ounces cubed processed cheese food
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil!. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain well and return to cooking pot!.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt 8 tablespoons butter; stir into the macaroni!.
In a large bowl, combine the Muenster cheese, mild and sharp Cheddar cheeses, and Monterey Jack cheese; mix well!.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)!.
Add the half and half, 1 1/2 cups of cheese mixture, cubed processed cheese food, and eggs to macaroni; mix together and season with salt and pepper!. Transfer to a lightly greased deep 2 1/2 quart casserole dish!. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese mixture and 1 tablespoon of butter!.
Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes or until hot and bubbling around the edges; serve!.
~ As for meaatblass - Simple!! ~
1 pound hamburger
3/4 cup Italian breadcrumbs
1 egg

I like a variety of cheeses in mine!. I use 1/2 cup each sharp cheddar, harvarti, monterey jack, and white cheddar!. Harvarti is such a creamy cheese, it really works well in mac & cheese!. I melt 1 stick of butter in a pot, then add 1 1/2 cups half n half, 2 beaten eggs, stir in the cooked noodles, then half of the cheese, season with salt and pepper, stir until well mixed, pour in a casserole dish, top with remaining cheese!. Bake at 350F until done!.
Meatballs: Mix 1 lb of ground beef with 1/2 cup bread crumbs, 1 egg, 1 tsp Italian Seasoning, Garlic, Salt, Pepper, Finely diced onion, mix with hand until well blended!. Shape into 1 inch meatballs and bake at 375F until done!. Add to a good quality marinara sauce with basil!. Heat through, then serve!.

Drain water and add powdered cheese!.
Add grated cheddar cheese while the macaroni is still hot enough to make the cheese "pully" !.
Add some diced onion and one clove of garlic, diced!.
Add some ketchup, milk and butter and some diced cooked bacon!.
Add one or two vegetable flavour boullion cubes!.
Dump the mixture into a greased casserole dish and top with some more grated cheddar cheese!.
Bake in medium oven for 25 - 3 minutes

I just use Kraft box style!. Then I add a can of tuna, pepper, and a couple of diced hot peppers!. Sometimes I also add Tostitoes Medium Cheese if I have it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
