What is the best way to cut out caffeine from your diet?!

Question: What is the best way to cut out caffeine from your diet!?
Answers:
I agree with Kyle - orange juice probably will help!.!.!.serious answer, no joke!. Orange juice gives your body a similar sort of spike of energy to what caffeine gives you, without the harmful side effects, because it's a spike of sugar (natural sugar) rather than caffeine!. However, it is more healthful than many other sugary drinks that would raise your blood sugar levels quickly, as long as you don't overdo it by drinking it all day (too much sugar of any kind is not good, because over time your body's ability to process blood sugar properly can fail and you can end up with diabetes)!. As a replacement for a cup of coffee, though, to give you that needed burst of energy to help you wake up in the morning, it is good!. It doesn't work as well as coffee, but it will provide energy; and, long-term, it is safer!. Prolonged intake of excessive caffeine could lead to adrenal exhaustion by wearing out your body's capacity to handle stress, making your body dependent on a stimulus like caffeine in order to work properly!.

I agree with the others who say that you should gradually wean yourself off coffee or caffeinated drinks/chocolate, by consuming less and less of it over time!. Your body is suited to adapt itself gradually to new conditions!. This works well both for consuming caffeine as a new substance, and for cutting caffeine out of your diet - your body will gradually adapt!. If you've been consuming caffeine regularly for a while, your body has adapted - that is, it has grown used to having caffeine at those times that you usually have it!. When those times come, and the caffeine is not there, your body is going to be like, "what happened!?" and make a big fuss until you give it back its expected caffeine that you took away, or until enough time has passed that your body has adapted again to the lack of caffeine!. Technically speaking, we say that if your body has become dependent on caffeine (which frequently happens), and you remove it all at once, the suddenness is going to provoke drug withdrawal symptoms, which could include migraines!.Gradually weaning yourself off caffeine doesn't eliminate the possibility of headaches, but it likely will create less of a shock (translated: stress, which, if not handled properly, is often the precursor to illness) to your body!.

So if you're used to drinking 2 cups of coffee a day, you might try still drinking 2 cups at the same times each day, but have each cup be 1/2 regular coffee and 1/2 decaf; maybe do that for a week or two so your body can get used to it!. Then work down to 1 cup that is 1/2 regular, 1/2 decaf, and maybe just drink half of it at each of the times you usually drink coffee!.!.!.do that for a week or two!. Then cut that in half, and so on!.!.!.!.till all you're drinking is decaf!. Decaf has a minute amount of caffeine in it, so you might eventually want to cut it out altogether, and if you feel the need for a hot drink, drink herbal tea instead!.

Switch to decaf coffee, drink green tea and/or herbal teas!. Don't forget that most soft drinks contain caffeine!.

The level of caffeine in chocolate is very low compared to coffee, and many foods other than coffee contain caffeine!.

I drink one or two cups of decaf coffee in the morning, decaf green tea during the day, a cup of Earl Grey early in the evening before 7:00, and herbal tea till bedtime!.

the best way is not to cut it out of your diet all of a sudden!. you have to just decrease tthe amounts you have day by day or week by week!. if you cut it straight out you will crave for it so much more, and then you will be back on it, so just ease it out of your diet!. thats what i did and it worked!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Easy! Stop drinking coffee!

But no really, other than that check the labels of the food and drinks you consume daily!. Espicially if it's some sort of junk food!. It's easy to just cut down to stop eating unesscary foods!. Or, what I did is that I replaced it, with something healthier!.

Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you drink coffee, switch to decaf or transition by mixing half-regular with half-decaf!. also, avoid soda and any energy drinks with a high caffeine content!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

And avoid tea and chocolate which also have a high content of caffeine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
