There's always free chocolate and candy at my job. What are good snacks to bring in so I can avoid sugar?!
the more natural the betterWww@FoodAQ@Com
Answers:
nuts, or trail mix!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
chips & dip, sugar free candy, sugar free cookies, fruits, granola bars, fruit bars, veggie platter with dip (the ones you get pre-made at the grocery store, and any other platter they have pre-made at the grocery store in the deli aisle!. there are also plenty of options in the healthy section at the grocery store, or the health food storeWww@FoodAQ@Com
Whatever it is, make sure each piece is individually wrapped!. You really don't want to have everyone sticking their fingers into a bowl of unwrapped anything, as this is inviting the spread of who-knows-what!.
Things that come to mind are small packages of crackers or seeds or nuts!. No peanuts, though!. Too many people are allergic!.
