Answers:
This depends on your habits, activities, and culture!. I lived in Europe for 10 years and maintain the habit of eating dinner at 8-9 in the evening, but I don't go to bed until 2 am!. In Spain, it's typical to eat dinner at 10 pm or so, to avoid the heat of the day (siesta anyone!?)!.!.!.!.!. Most Americans eat dinner around 6 pm, as I did as a kid!. Today, I simply cannot eat that early!.

P!.S!. Both you and your boyfriend need to chill!. If he doesn't eat with you because it's too early, too bad for him!. He's missing out on time spent with you!. Don't let it bug you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

My family always eats at four, and many people are like OMG! you eat sooooo early! But it works for us and it really is completely up to you and your family!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

umm i dont thinks theres a right time to eat dinner because spanish eat late ( like 9 -10 late :S ) and other countrys eat earlier so i think its to do with your prefered prefences !.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Hahaha i eat the same time you do! around 4-5:30!. it is better to eat earlier because your metabolism kinda slows down after 7 pm anyway!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

We eat anywhere between 5-7!.It all depends on what is going on and how hungry we are!.Your boyfriend needs to lighten up!.Don't let him belittle you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
