Question: What else could I eat!?
Hey, I work 5 days a week, and I'm eating healthily!. Thing is - I'm getting bored of eating salad everyday and I want to avoid bread and pasta!. What else could I eat for my lunch!?

I'm only 21 and I've always been health concious from first grade to now and my smarts about everything has became a great known knowledge do to research on line and in books and from nutritionist and people!!
Here are some ideas that are great to have for a delicious healthy lunch!.!.!.

I loved salads and they can get boring but do remember u can always mix it up perdue and tyson make chicken stripes or turkey just open a bag and put over lettuce and cheddar cheese isn't bad either u can get some 2 percent natural kraft cheese and put a serving on and if you like a fat free dressing go for it

you can also sautee some broccoli and some chicken breast and make a stir fry with out the rice you can use any type of vegetables the frozen veges are the cheapest and you get alot

you can buy a 32 oz of yogurt vanilla or strawberry and buy some of your favorite granola or if have no favorite use some from kashi or from a nature valley bar just alittle for the top of the yogurt and pick up some fresh fruit like blueberries or strawberries put in the yogurt with the granola and enjoy a parfait a healthy parfait

you can buy a bag of grapes a can of all natural pineapple in its own juices buy some fresh kiwi or mango some blueberries some cantaloupe!. Pretty much u decide and then you use the juices from the pineapple to maintian the sweet ness your practically making a fruit salald depending on how much you make will decide how many days it last!.

or you can buy a can of healthy choice suop very low cal and very healthy try for low sodium I love the muir glen soup the hearty tomato soup is so good the sodium is high but the soup is so good its worth it I love organic food

If your into sea food you can buy bumble bee tuna love the bumble been sensations comes in three diffferent flavors I'm a big fan of the sundried tomato tuna flavor!. You won't believe its tuna and you can have it with your favorite low calorie crackers whole grain of course!.!. or on a flat bread like a wasa which comes in sour dough, multi grain, oat, light crisp, etc very good or in a whole wheat toasted sandwich and next to it a piece of fruit you decideWww@FoodAQ@Com

Get yourself some whole grain rice(the flavored kind) As far as bread or pasta you can still eat it just get the wheat pasta and bread!. I started eating whole grain foods including pasta and breads and feel a lot better than what I did!. I have also lost 8 lbs!. I started 2 weeks ago!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Make up a stir fry ,

lamb salad,

lettuce ham and cheese roll, ( no bread, just layer the lettuce ham and cheese and roll them up they are yummy)

tuna and 3 mix beans with little balsamic vinigar and onion, i
use the oil from the tuna to dress it too
