I LOVEEEE COOKIE DOUGH but I am an athlete and am not aloud to eat it anymore..what should I do?!

Rather than eliminating your favorite food, just eat it a lot more sparingly!. If you totally deny yourself, you'll end up eating tons of it from the cravings!.

Chew it and spit it out!. It sounds gross, but spit it into a napkin!. One or two swallows by a mistake is fine!. I don't have an eating disorder by the way!. It's just what I do when I want another slice of cake : P or when I'm feeling particularly gross about myself!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
