What should we make for a friend's birthday?!

Question: What should we make for a friend's birthday!?
One of my friend's birthday is this Thursday, and another friend and I would like to get (or make) him a little something to eat during our lunch period!. This would normally be an easy task, but he doesn't like sweets!. Now, he's a really nice guy and would be willing to choke something down for us, but it's his birthday and I don't want to make him do that!. However, he is a daring person, and will most likely eat anything a little bit crazy!. Any fun ideas for my non-sweet loving friend!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

That's sweet of you (no pun intended)!. What about breads!? You could do something seasonal, like pumpkin-pecan bread!. Artistic-looking yogurt parfaits would also be awesome!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Frittata:- Vegetable!.
250g Frozen Mixed Vegetables!. (thawed)
6 Eggs!. (whisked)
1 Onion!. (sliced)
1-2 Cloves Garlic!. (crushed)
Soften onions and garlic in a little oil and add the vegetables!. Season to taste and spread out evenly!.
Pour in the whisked eggs and let them work their way through the vegetables!.
Cook gently until the bottoms of the eggs are set!.
Transfer to a preheated oven and grill (broil) until the top is set!.
Serve onto a plate and cut like a pizza!.
(you will need to use a frying pan with a heat proof handle, or protect it with a bit of foil)

My friends love these!.
Soft tortilla shell with cream cheese spread on it, then lay turkey or ham or what ever meat done, then veggies!.
I like sprouts, avocado, onion (sliced thin), cucumber, and red bell pepper!.
then roll it tight, and you can cut it in small circles and have it as a appetizer or cut it in half for a wrap type of thing!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
