No, there is a measured portion of butter flavored partially hydrogenated soybean oil and salt that sits in the center portion of the pack on the side that is down!. It liquifies when it gets warm and coats the corn!.

If you feel the bag, you notice how all the kernels are stuck together and feel squishy!. That's the butter (which isn't real butter) in the bag!. It melts onto the popcorn as it's heated in the microwave!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
