If you are both usually considerate of each other then it really doesn't matter!. My husband holds the door for me and I have been known to do the same!. I believe a couple should just always just be considerate and not fight over silly expectations!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

In my house, the person who consumes specialty items is responsible for the hunting and gathering of them!. Why should it be my responsibility to get pork rinds and cheap beer when I don't eat/drink them!? Www@FoodAQ@Com

no, unless she's the one eating & drinking them; it should be the responsibility of whoever is eating it!. (if they want it, they have to make sure it's there and be willing to prepare it!)Www@FoodAQ@Com

No, because the husband always eats sandwiches and drinks beer and it should be his responsibility to keep it organized because he uses it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Of course not!.
It is as much as your responsibility as it is of everybody else in the house (except maybe underage kids)!.
Stand up for yourself!.
Good luck
