On consuming milk can someone help me?!

Question: On consuming milk can someone help me!?
Well i am 19, and i really dont drink all that much milk!. Though i might start drinking a little more, though the only type i can drink is chocolate, is this a bad thing!? Is it really true that it is better than not drinking any milk at all!. And what other thing what milk should i drink, like the 2% or low fat, not sure on all that, but dont want alot of fat, but i want the protein and vitamin d!. Thanks to any responsesWww@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Milk helps with calcium which is good for our bones, main reason!. Chocolate milk, while yummy is only adding additional calories and sugar to your diet!. Every once in awhile okay to drink, but wouldn't recommend on a regular basis!. Whole milk has the highest fat content while skim milk has the highest calcium per serving and the lowest!. Not sure why ou want to start drinking milk but I would stick with 2% or lower, just because of the fat!. Other good sources of calcium are yogurt, cottage cheese and cheese!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

It has been proven that chocolate milk is just as good for you as plain milk!. I would look for 2% chocolate, it has a nice velvety feel in your throat when you drink it!. I have not had much luck with 1% or skim chocolate milk tasting good!. But maybe it is what you let yourself get use to!. Good Luck! :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you don't want to drink too much regular milk you could try soy milk!. It is better for your digestive system than regular milk!. Once i got used to it, I could not drink regular milk again!. You will get all the same vitamins from regular milk!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

chocolate milk is just as good for you as regular milk in regards to vitamins and minerals!. however, it does have more calories so i would stick to low fat or fat free!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It has the same nutritional value as milk, but the added chocolate and other chemicals have too much sugar and fat in it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Go with the 2% chocolate milk as it tastes fairly good and it will help you drink milk!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
