Is the protein in beans and chick peas easily absorbed by the body ?!
This is a question about absorption of protein and different food types!. I don't think the protein content of non-dairy and non-meat products is easily absorbed by the body !. I need more information on what kinds of protein is more easily accepted by the body !? Www@FoodAQ@Com

The protein of egg whites is the most readily digestible protein!. Then it is followed by animal meats!. Legumes come in above grains and other foods with lower amounts of protein but your best bet is to stick to animal meats for your protein intake!.
