Answers:
Chewing sugar free gum is good for you!. It promotes salivation which helps to clean your teeth of left over food particles and washes away plaque!. This also helps in lower your chances of getting cavities when gum is chewed after meals!. It also can whiten your teeth when chewed regularly!. Just stay away from the sugar-filled gums, those are bad!Www@FoodAQ@Com

If the chewing gum is sugar-based, it is very bad for you teeth!. There are some varieties of sugar free dental gum that are better for you!. They say that gum chewing is good for you as it stimulates saliva production which is supposed to help with dental hygeine (not sure how!.!.!.maybe reducing the amount of germs in the mouth by washing them down!?) (yuck)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I wouldn't consider gum chewing bad for you as long as its the sugar free stuff which most is now, it also helps you produce more saliva which is good for your teeth, hope this helpedWww@FoodAQ@Com
