Sunchips have more fiber than the other chips you mentioned but those baked doritos and cheetos are made with vitamin fortified flours so I think any idea you have about getting extra vitamins from the sunchips is probably false!.
If you eat chips a few times a week with a meal rather than sitting down with a bag of them for a snack then I would say it doesn't really matter which ones you choose!. But in general baked are healthier than fried and whole grain has some extra fiber!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i really like the baked regular chips they are good to me i dont really like the baked doritos as much they taste weird i like the original ones better i've never had the baked cheetos but im sure they are all much better for you since they have less calories and stuffWww@FoodAQ@Com
