FRIED CHEESE & ONION SANDWICH

This sandwich is so wrong in so many ways, but at half past eleven on a Friday night, drunk and hungry, it really hits the spot!

Serves 1

INGREDIENTS

? an onion
2 slices of Cheddar cheese
2 slices of white bread
Butter or low fat spread
2 tablespoons of sunflower oil

METHOD

Peel the onion, cut it in half, cut one half into slices and save the other half!.

Make a cheese & onion sandwich!.

Put the oil into a frying pan on a medium heat!. Add the sandwich and fry it, turning it once, until the cheese starts to melt!.

ADDITIONS & ALTERNATIVES
