Answers:
If you are going for Vitamin C, eating one orange is plenty!. Your body can only hold so much, and one orange gives you all your body will hold for the day! Citrus fruits are fine, you'd have to eat more than one could consume to do damage to your teeth!. But don't eat too many -- the acid from citrus fruits can cause your stomach to feel upset!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Ummm, yeah!. Citrus fruits tend to be high in Vitamin "C," which we need for a number of reasons!. If you don't get enough "C" you end up with scurvy, which is why sailors carried limes on ships, which is why British sailors ended up being called limeys!. But this is beside the point!.

Eating a raw lemon or lime is probably bad for your enamel, yes!. But oranges, which are lower in acid content, are fine to eat!. As are juices like orange juice, lemonade, and limeade!. And grapefruit juice!. Knock yourself out!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

YES! Very good for the diet and health in general!.
However, with all good things comes some sort of glitch!. Yes, it is true that over time, too much citrus-containing fruits may end up harming your teeth!. HOWEVER, this is very rare, and usually only occurs to people who consume foods with high levels of citrus in it!. As long as you aren't eating oranges oranges oranges non-stop for the rest of your life, I think your teeth are safe!. :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

They are just fine to eat!. I just answered another question like this concerning diet sodas!. Citrus fruits are just fine to eat!. Brush afterwards or swish after every meal!. Floss something!. People make me laugh when they spread rumors about what not to eat!. 100 years ago, people ate what they could get, and still lived to be 90!. Which is pretty good I say!. Citrus fruits are HIGH in vitamins!. They are better for you than the actual VITAMIN!. So, ignore all these crazy people who tell you stuff like that, if you have questions, or concerns, I would call my doctor and ask him/her!. Good luck!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Citrus fruits (as with most other fruits) are excellent for your health!. If you are worried about your teeth, try rinsing with water after you eat one!. This will get rid of some of the citrus juice left in your mouth!.I believe the health benefits of citrus fruit outweigh the worries about the teeth!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

All fruit is good for you as they are naturally high in various vitamins as you already know!. If you are worried about teeth enamel you can get tooth paste that strengthen it and when you next go to the dentist get them to see how is it!. XxWww@FoodAQ@Com
