Answers:
1 slice per serving, the average pre pack American cheese is 16 slices per pound!. Meaning approximately 7 lbs!. Serving size for the meat is usually 1/4 lb so you really need to decide how many servings per guest you are going to allow!. Some guest will only have 1 sandwich, some will want 2!. I would provide enough for 150 sandwiches!. You will need about 30 lbs of meat and 10 lbs of cheese!. If available use the square sandwich bread(sometimes called Pullman loaves) That will make your needed portion a little smaller, and make for more uniform looking servings!. Good LuckWww@FoodAQ@Com
I personally would get !00 slices, of American & 75 Swiss, American cheese isn't very tasty with turkey breast!. & remember you can always take the left over cheese & Freeze it, & use it for your family!. Good luck with your luncheon!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
two slices of cheese per person should be enough, not everyone will want cheese on their sandwiches and others will want extra!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I'd get 150 slices!. Some people won't eat cheese at all!. But that is just enough in case some people want extra!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
It depends on how many sandwiches you think the people are going to eat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I would get about 10 pounds of cheese and have enough for about 2 pieces per person ^-^Www@FoodAQ@Com
