If you need something portable for when you're on-the-go, sandwiches and wraps are a good choice!. You can make them healthy by choosing whole grains, lean meat fillings, low-fat cheese!.!.!.

You could also try those frozen stir-fry kits - they have things like chicken or shrimp, veggies, pasta, and sauce all in 1 bag!. You just throw it all in a pan & heat!.

If you can, I would suggest investing some time on weekends to make a few different meals!. You can freeze individual portions & rotate them throughout the week so you don't get bored!. And, you won't have to worry when you're pressed for time!. Pasta dishes freeze well, as do rice dishes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you have a microwave you can bring Lean Cuisines!. They are surprisingly tasty, but not incredibly filling so you probably want to bring some fresh chopped veggies with you!. Anything involving protein and fiber (chicken, beef, cheese, tofu etc!. is protein, fruits and veggies are fiber) will keep you full!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Pick up salads or pasta from a local shop or make them yourself on the weekend, make sandwiches and have a piece of fruit with them, wrap a baked potato in tin foil and bring along your favourite trimmings, or mix up nuts and fruit and create a tasty trail mix!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
