More suggestions for a soft foods diet?!

Question: More suggestions for a soft foods diet!?
My 6 yr old had T and A sugery" Removal of Tonsils and Adenoids" on the 15 and is on a soft foods diet like scrambled eggs, plaine pasta, Mac n cheese" she refuses to eat" and soups like chicken noodle and with rice pureeed til smooth!. Shes getting kind of bored with the same repeats!. I dont want to restrict her to this diet as she feels very left out as everyone else is allowed to eat everyday items!. She isnt allowed to eat anything crunchy like chips popcorn baked pastas, candy hamburger, fried chicken!. I just did ask if a 10 hr slow cooked roast with the veggies mashed up are acceptable and they said yes!. So ar sandwiches dipped in broth!. I could use some non spicy non acidic ideas for a 6 yr old!. Keeping it simple is a great plus as ive noticed when she gets hungry you either feed her now or its tantrum time!.!.lol!. Thanks in advance!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you have a blender in your house how about making her smoothies!? You can purchase dry vitamin powders and protein powders from health food stores and hide them in the smoothie!. Just make sure you buy liquid honey because some of them have an after taste!. Buy her favourite ice cream!. You can use milk or cream if she's not eating enough and needs the calories and protein!. Who would turn down that!.Best of luck, DonnaWww@FoodAQ@Com
