Answers:
a full breakfast usually holds me till 3 or 4 pm!.!.!.!.
2 eggs
homefries
bacon sausage or ham
2 slices of toast

bring a snack with you such as cheeze its or mini crackers to tie you over until lunch,
something small that you can slip into your mouth without notice in class
also, drink alot of water, your brain is fooled into thinking your hungry when you are really just thirsty!.
the brain soent know the difference between hunger and thirst so it tell you that your hungry!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

thats 6 hours and I don't care what you eat, it isn't going to hang in there that long!. You need to pack an energy bar or 2 or something to keep you going!. ideally, people should eat 6 small meals a day so basically about every 3-4 hours you need to eat something!. a protien bar and an apple both pack easy, don't create too much trash and should do it!. If you eat the bar first and then the apple, the apple will clean your teeth so you won't have to worry about goofy stuff hanging in your teeth either!. I would eat that at around 10:30 or 11:00 oclock!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Fiber and Protein are your friends when it comes to longevity!. I also find that the more variety I have in a meal, the higher my satiety level!. I typically have an english muffin with peanut butter and a yogurt w/fresh fruit and coffee!. Fiber One makes an english muffin that provides a high level of fiber without tasting like the package it comes in!. Fiber One bars, same deal!.!. high fiber without the cardboard taste!. oatmeal is very filling!. or u cud try having a big meal @ breakfast such as:
pancakes with whipped cream & fresh blueberries & strawberries & orange juice!. or:
egg omelet with mozzerella, parmesean, & cheddar cheese, tomatoes, mushrooms, and scallions with milk!. something filling!.

good luck& enjoy!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

That is a long time to go without food, well at least for me!. When I make protein shakes in the morning around 8:00, I am good until about 12:00 or 12:30!. Might want to try them!. Buy a protein powder from a local health store, then add 1 container of low-fat yogurt and a banana, should do the trick!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would say to have whole grain toast and eggs for breakfast!. Since your lunch is so much later, I would have a snack midday!. Maybe try some trail mix with nuts and dried fruit or some crackers and lowfat cheese!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Have some protein (cheese, eggs); toast and some fruit!. Then carry little baggies of dry-roasted nuts and maybe some dried fruit, to snack on during the morning!. The nuts provide protein and will keep your energy level up too!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

There have been studies to see what types of foods keep you full the longest!. Protein wins, so I would say have some egg whites!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

This may not be what you wanted to hear!.!.!.But Pancakes and Oatmeal are two breakfasts that I have found REALLY fill me up!.!.!. May be all the carbs, but they always hold me over!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Oatmeal fills me up!. But you may want to load up on carbs and protein in the ams, make an omlette or get egg sandwichWww@FoodAQ@Com
