Question: Mexican hot chocolate!. whats the difference!? !?
i have a spanish project and decided to make mexican hot chocolate!.
i made some to try to see how it tastes like, but im not sure if its right

The Mexican hot chocolate I've had included a few extra spices!. A little vanilla, cinnamon and a bit of cayenne to make it spicy!. It's also usually made with a Mexican chocolate which is in chip form rather than using a powdered mix or combination of chocolate and cocoa powder!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Mexican hot chocolate isn't used with traditional milk chocolate but a less processed and bitter chocolate!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

cinnamon - less sugar and more chocolately flavor!. So, you should use melted chocolate or chocolate syrup, NOT hot chocolate mix!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
