Got my wisdom teeth out yesterday. . . . ?!
And they're keeping me on the soft foods diet!. Recommended foods were yogurt, pudding, ice cream, scrambled eggs, soft pasta, mashed potatoes, ice cream, etc!. If you've had yours out, what did you eat!? Soft foods like that don't keep me full for very long, and I want something to chew on so bad!. !. !. !.please don't recommend soup!. I'm not a big soup person!. So what can you recommend that's soft and filling too!?

Got mine pulled out two weeks back!.It was the most awful experience ever!. Yeah I know about the cravings and I feel your pain!. You can have really soft rice with plain yogurt!. Or you can try dumping rice and a whole bunch of vegetables in a cooker till really soft and add soem salf and pepper or other spices to taste!.Hope this helps!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
When i had mine removed about a year ago, i ate a lot of Spaghetti O's and soft bread!. I also ate just regular pasta but i cut it up into many pieces!. I don't really know what you liek to eat, but i also ate some samdwiches on like potaoe bread and wonder bread, but only like PB&J!. When I got mine removed, i gained a lot because everything i ate wasn't that filling, but it was only for like a week so it was okay!. You can eat just about anything that you ate before as long as it softened up!. For example, most blenders have a puree button on them!. You can puree meats, veggies, etc!. If this sounds too gross for you, try macaroni and cheese, milkshakes, protein shakes, oatmeal!. Hope this helps and good luck with your recovery!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I actually couldn't eat solid foods for a week!. It was a great diet plan! LOL I ate mashed potatoes and baby food bananas!.!.!.sounds gross but they are good!. If you like beans you can put them in the blender with some water and eat some beans for protein!. I know what you are going through! :) Www@FoodAQ@Com
I would have protein shakes when I had mine pulled!. Protein alone will help you feel fuller!. You can get protein shakes that are in individual serving cartons!. They dont taste great, but arent horrid!. And drink lots of water!.!.!.!.will help too!. Know i craved pizza too!.!.!.!.was first solid food i had when i couldWww@FoodAQ@Com
