Answers:
Yoplait and Dannon are too runny; and the lite ones have asparatame in them, or tons of sugar in the regular ones!. I like Greek style yogurt best, and you can just stir in berries, or drizzle a little honey on top!. Yes, it's alot more money, but the texture and taste is SO much better than those regular store brands!. Walmart has just started carrying Greek yogurt, and Kroger has it too (in the produce department, near the tofu)Www@FoodAQ@Com

try Total 0% fat yogurt!.!.!. its a greek dairy brand that has become very popular in the UK and has now reached the states as well!.!.!.!. its natural and if you want it to be sweet add a bit of honey to avoid all the manufactured and processed sweeteners etc!.!.!.
look for it in stores like whole foods!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Astro Balkan style yogurt and there is a cow on the yogurt container!. It's all natural and there is a fat free version!. You can get them in the little containers with fruit bottom or plain in the big containers!. Hope this helped!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Buy Plain Organic yogurt!. It does not have all the unnecessary additives other yogurts have!.
You can always add fresh fruit to uplift the flavor!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Most yoghurts marketed as healthy (esp!. 'low fat') are not!. Best to get plain or greek yoghurt!. Try Yeovalley or Rachels organic!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I make my own by buying plain yoghurt and whisking in fruit puree!. That way I can control how sweet it is and without extra added sugar!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
